Booking Policy
Reservation Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received and a confirmation email or message is issued.
Check-In and Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid Identification
As per Government of India regulations, all guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Acceptable IDs include:

PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID proof.
Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
Payment Terms

Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellation
Free cancellation is available if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to check-in.
Booking Policy
Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be charged one night’s tariff.
No-Show
In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without cancellation), one night’s charge or the full booking amount (depending on rate plan) may be retained.
Special rates, promotional bookings, and peak-season reservations may be non-refundable.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:

Avoid damage to hotel property
Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating policies or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. Violation may result in penalty charges.
Visitors Policy
Visitors are allowed only in designated areas. Unregistered guests are not permitted to stay overnight without proper registration.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by management.
Alcohol Policy
Consumption of alcohol must comply with local laws and regulations.
